Allan Panthera Commits to Net Zero and Joins Team Scotland for Sustainable Aviation

Allan Panthera, a leading multi-disciplinary commercial consultancy, has signed up to the Scottish Net Zero Community and has also joined Team Scotland for Sustainable Aviation in order to fight the pressing issue of climate change.

By pledging to meet the Net Zero Community’s goals, and with the United Nations COP 26 due to be held in Glasgow later this year, Allan Panthera is taking a leading stance amongst management consultancies whilst also utilising its expertise in the unmanned aviation and renewables industries to drive sustainable aviation right now and long into the future.

Scotland’s world-leading climate change legislation set the target of net-zero emissions of all greenhouse gasses generated by the year of 2045. Areas including energy generation, marine/ shipping, and aviation were all considered due to their current contributions to global emissions. The objective requires a 75% reduction by 2030 and a further 90% by 2040.

Team Scotland for Sustainable Aviation aims to participate in the COP 26 conference in Glasgow, and Allan Panthera joins a prestigious list of team members who all provide key expertise across the sustainable aviation spectrum.

CEO, Jamie Allan says, “We are very keen to support and raise the profile of the journey to Net Zero, and by signing this pledge, as well as being a key Team Scotland for Sustainable Aviation member, we are leading from the front. For example, we build and execute strategy for those transitioning from oil & gas to greener industries; we are working with clients on sustainable aviation; we perform carbon output calculations for businesses; we help companies become more visible to their customers as green and sustainable because more and more choices are made along those lines. Therefore, it is only right that we demonstrate our alignment with the values we recommend to our clients.”

Allan Panthera Continues Exciting 2021 With The Arrival Of 3 New Recruits

Chanel McKee, John Gallacher and Erin Murnin

Allan Panthera, a leading international multi-disciplinary commercial consultancy, has welcomed 3 new staff into the business in March to support our current and prospective clients across our specialist sectors, maximising opportunities for the growth and further development of the company as we continue our strongest year to date.

Jamie Allan, CEO, commented on the hires: “I’m really excited to start working with Erin, John and Chanel. Our 3 new professionals are not only suitably experienced but also energetic, young and have the right inter-personal characteristics – all key attributes to successfully carry out their roles within the company, as well as for our longer-term plans of retention and personal and professional development.

Two thirds of the recruits are women and now our total workforce is 50% female, which I believe sends an important signal

With the new recruits, we will be quickly increasing our exposure in some of our core sectors of the renewables, oil and gas, and legal industries – markets where Allan Panthera’s range of commercial services, unique Disrupterprise® model, and track record of business growth expertise will provide existing and new clients with continued enviable benefits and further success. I can’t wait to see how well they’ll do!”

Erin Murnin, John Gallacher, and Chanel McKee join with an enviable blend of professional experience and personal skillsets which are certain to appeal to clients.

Market Development Manager Erin will be focusing on the renewables sector, as well as supporting businesses across verticals who want to develop their green strategy and credentials, particularly at a time when ever more brands become conscious of their green image and the environmental concerns of their customers. She commented, “I’ve worked in various fields over the past few years which demand a strong customer service focus. I have also lived in Malta and previously taught English in Prague; throughout, I’ve always maintained my interest in the renewable and environmental sectors.”

Business Development Manager John will drive forward Allan Panthera’s position in the legal sector, a key area of interest for our business where law firms and other associated stakeholders can achieve significant value from the range of services we offer. John said, “Before Allan Panthera, I worked in commercial roles with award winning businesses Johnston Press and Neilsons Solicitors, alongside roles in the third sector such as Youth Scotland and UK Youth Voice. I’ll be working hard to ensure Allan Panthera’s clients are the best they can be.”

Chanel joins us as Oil & Gas Account Manager with an extensive network and background in this industry from her previous work in Aberdeen. She said, “I’m looking forward to building new relationships with clients and being able to help expand their businesses and knowledge. I’m all about the law of attraction! What you put out to the universe is what you will receive back! Think positive and positive things will happen!”

In addition to the new hires, 2 consultants will be joining the business in the coming months, with interviews concluded last week.

And there’s more! A strategic partnership will be announced in the coming weeks which will bolster the capabilities and value Allan Panthera can offer.

The new recruits’ profiles will be added to www.allanpanthera.com in the coming week, however please contact info@allanpanthera.com if you want to find out more.
